The business already had strong foundations: thirty years of technical expertise, a wide product range, and deep knowledge across mining, civil, water and fabrication sectors. A marketing manager was already in place, and activity was already happening. Jobloom worked closely with the internal marketing manager to sharpen the content direction and implement a more consistent approach across email marketing and social media.
The focus was to make complex products and services easier to understand, while still reflecting the depth of expertise behind the business. We developed audience-specific newsletters for mining, fabrication and general industry updates, and created a more varied social media mix across technical education, product awareness, project highlights and people-focused content.
